Leeds Federated Housing Association (LFHA) is a registered social landlord providing 4,000 homes in Leeds, Harrogate and South Yorkshire.

The Problem

A communications nightmare: Whenever a problem occurred with a property, LFHA administrators, contractors and sub contractors would all need to know the details of the problem and how each different person was involved. Needless to say, it meant real hassle for everyone involved.

LFHA needed a solution that enabled them to track and manage their contractors who were generally on the road assessing their many properties.

The Solution

The database development now means that a contractor can view works orders raised by LFHA wherever they are in the country without the need to contact any LFHA administrators. This has significantly reduced the administrative burden.
