LFHA Goes Mobile

breeze IT has joined LFHA in creating a ground-breaking application that links directly to mobile devices carried by their "mobile workforce". As LFHA deals with a number of contractors who are out on the road, getting detailed and up to date information to them is absolutely essential.

The breeze IT solution is based around a secure application that runs on a Pocket PC Phone device running Microsoft Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition (5.0) that accesses a SQL Server database over the Internet using 3G and GPRS connectivity.

The database contains information extracted from LFHA's MIS database regarding their assets (houses, schemes, flats etc.), tenants and tenancies.

The application also allows users to remotely view and manage their daily task lists by fully integrating with a desktop Task Management component that also has an interface with Outlook, currently under development.
