m2m is a IP Telephony Service Provider. They focus on delivering high quality voice interconnect products to the rapidly growing VOIP (Voice over IP) market.
The Problem
m2m operate a complex network infrastructure that provides routing of international telephone calls. They approached us because they needed a custom built, robust billing and back-office application that would allow them to manage their business more effectively.
The Solution
Our solution had two elements to it:
- A purpose built, web enabled database development system that allows m2m users, customers and suppliers (with varying levels of access) to manage every aspect of commercial operations. This includes customer billing, cost optimisation and gross margin analysis
- A 'backend' system of database development, web and window services that fully automate raw data collection, secure storage, mediation and reporting
