They approached us with a requirement for a database development solution to help them manage the day-to-day relationships with their customers.
The Solution
The solution we offered them had to be web based (to facilitate remote working), affordable and configurable. It also had to be delivered to a tight timescale and budget - just the kind of challenge we relish!
We provided them with a purpose built, web enabled database solution to allow basic CRM type functionality. The system was developed using Microsoft's SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET development and provided everything from role based user management to fuzzy name and address matching to prevent duplication of customer data.
It goes without saying that the system provides Success Matrix with all of the functionality they require for a fraction of the cost of an off-the-shelf enterprise wide CRM solution.
