Capital Pleasure Boats - As their name suggests, Capital Pleasure Boats operate a fleet of luxury party boats on the Thames in central London.
The software application they used for managing their bookings was proving slow, unreliable and no longer fit for purpose which all meant for a very frustrating experience.
Realising that their specific business processes wouldn't be catered for by any off-the-shelf offerings they turned to Breeze for a bespoke solution to meet their requirements.

Starting from a blank canvas Breeze has developed for CPBS a new completely bespoke, state-of-the-art, web-based booking system to complement their procedures, from the initial client enquiry/quotation, managing the catering, entertainment, bar and security options all the way through to invoicing and recording client payment. There is also an additional comprehensive crew management aspect that includes crew allocation, holiday management, timesheet functionality and a rest recording feature required to satisfy regulations imposed by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency.

Over a fairly short period, as CPBS realised the potential capability offered by the new system, it has evolved into an all encompassing business management tool, seamlessly integrating all of the different aspects of the booking process through a smart, informative, intuitive and device responsive user interface that adapts to just show relevant information and user journeys based upon the user's profile.
